Vivo Resorts Puerto Escondido , Puerto Escondido (Oaxaca)

The hotel was lovely and had every accommodation you could need. The rooms were above-and-beyond what we expected, equipped with full kitchens and washer/dryers, very nice, clean, and spacious. The service was not the best as they seemed still in the learning stage but the staff that assisted with my check-out was helpful. The location was pretty but quite far from Puerto Escondido, leading to high taxi costs. The dining options were limited in the evening. The facilities were good overall, and the price seemed fair for the value provided.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were super clean and well-equipped, but being close to the office meant some noise from staff. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were some learning curve hiccups. The location, though remote, was clean and serene, with a lack of customer service being a concern. The dining options were limited, especially with only buffet dinners. On the bright side, the facilities were spotless and enjoyable.

The hotel offers extremely beautiful rooms with huge sliding window panels, a patio, full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and spacious bedrooms. The A/C delivery was on point and being on the third floor directly on the beach made the stay clean, quiet, and very comfortable. However, the air conditioning is only available in the bedroom and bathroom, with the living space open to outside air.
